The space

Located at the heart of Marais, just nearby Place des Vosges, this nice and cozy flat can accommodate up to 2 people. Close to shops and transports, this apartment will be the perfect choice for a couple, a student or a nomad.

This typical apartment, with wood floor and exposed beams, is situated on the 1st floor without elevator, consists of a living space of 42 sq. m and includes :
- a large and bright living room with a comfortable sofa-bed,
- a bedroom with double bed,
- a bathroom with shower,
- a well-equipped kitchen (toaster, coffee machine, oven, micro-wave, hotplates, fridge, dish-washer),
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, ironing equipment, baby bed, fan,
- Wi-Fi and TV.
Cots can be rent on request, subject to availability.

The neighborhood

Two steps away from Place des Vosges, you won’t miss anything for a perfect Parisian stay. You will be at the heart of Marais, one of the most emblematic Parisian district. Plenty of museums, shops, restaurants, cafés, bars, entertainments, theaters… will be around. Place de la Bastille, Notre-Dame de Paris or the Centre Pompidou will also be accessible at foot. At last, you will just need a metro ride to access to the most famous Parisian monuments : Arc de Triomphe, Louvre, the Eiffel Tower, Concorde…

Saint-Paul metro station (line 1) → 3 min on foot
Bastille metro station (lines 1, 5 and 8) → 5 min on foot
From Gare du Nord/de l’Est → 20 min by transports or by car
From Gare de Lyon → 10 min by transports or by car
From Charles de Gaulle airport → 55 min by transports or 50 min by car
From Orly airport → 50 min by transports or 35 min by car
