The space

MIDTERM STAY ONLY (students/ professionals travelling / apprentices)

Located close to the Republic neighborhood, with a view on the St Martin's canal, this bright and spacious apartment, located on the third floor, includes :
- a very nice living room,
- a bedroom with a double bed,
- a nice, perfectly equipped kitchen : coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave-oven, hotplates, fridge, freezer,
- a bathroom with a shower,
- vacuum, washing machine, dryer, hair dryer, ironing equipment,
- TV and WIFI.

Please note that a deposit will be asked via credit card imprint, as well as cleaning and agency fees.
Cots can be rent on request, subject to availability.

The neighborhood

This large studio is located near Gare de l’Est and Gare du Nord stations. You will find in this neighborhood all the necessary conveniences : corner stores, bakery, butcher, book store and many more. While the neighborhood is still peaceful, you will find many cafés, bars and restaurants nearby. You will also get to walk along the banks of the canal or enjoy the Villemin's garden.

Getting around

From Gare du Nord → 15min on foot
From Montparnasse train station → 20 min by transport or by car
