This 47 m² flat, with the charm of old stones and a recent renovation, located on the 1st floor without lift, is composed of :

- a mezzanine with two single beds,
- a bedroom with a double bed,
- an open kitchen, fully equipped (coffee machine, kettle, toaster, oven, microwave, hotplates, fridge, dishwasher)
- a bathroom with shower,
- washing machine,
- Wi-Fi.
→ Hotel quality cleaning is carried out before your arrival and after your departure.

An administration fee of €470 will be charged. This fee includes the inventory of fixtures on arrival and departure, as well as cleaning costs.

You will be able to visit Bordeaux on foot through its small, pleasant and picturesque streets, and enjoy the numerous activities. Your steps will lead you to the cafés on the quays of the Garonne and the Parc des Beregs to the Capucins market, famous for its quality products and its unbeatable atmosphere. There are also many restaurants and bars in the area.
