The space

This nice and charming 30 sq. m flat, with a clear and non obstructed view on the Petite Ceinture, is located on the 3rd floor (with elevator) and includes:
- a nice and cosy living-room,
- a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm),
- a separate well-equipped kitchen (kettle, toaster, microwave, hotplates, fridge, dishwasher),
- a bathroom with shower,
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine,
- TV, Wi-Fi.
Cots can be rent on request, subject to availability.

The neighborhood

Two steps to the large André-Citroën park, a real haven of peace at the heart of Paris, and close to numerous shops, you will be at the best place to enjoy the Parisian life. The metro and the tram nearby will take you easily to the key places of Paris and its suburbs. You will also be just nearby Georges Pompidou hospital, Aquaboulevard and Beaugrenelle shopping center. You will find the Porte de Versailles Exhibition Hall, Javel area as well as Issy les Moulinaux or Boulogne in a few minutes of tramway. At last, you will find a lot of bars and restaurants around your accommodation.

Balard station (metro 8 and tram T3a) → 1 min on foot
From Gare Montparnasse → 20 min by transports or 15 min by car
From Gare du Nord/Est → 25 min by transports or 30 min by car
From Orly airport → 50 min by transports or 15 min by car
From CDG airport → 40 min by car or 1h by transports
