The space

Close to the Champ de Mars, the École militaire and transports, with many restaurants and cafés surrounding the place, this flat is perfect for a nice stay in Paris.

Located on the 5th floor (with lift), this beautiful 67 sq. m apartment includes:
- a comfortable and spacious living space,
- two bedrooms with a double bed each,
- an equipped open kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, fridge, freezer, hotplates, dishwasher),
- a bathroom with shower,
- a balcony,
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hairdryer, ironing equipment,
- TV, satellite, and Wi-Fi.

A monthly cleaning of the apartment will be done (except bedding).
Cots can be rent on request, subject to availability.

The neighborhood

In the 7th arrondissement of Paris, nestled near the Eiffel Tower (5 min walk), you can fully enjoy the city of Paris on foot or by transport. In addition to the various shops, restaurants and bars nearby, you will be in a well-served area where you can visit the many emblematic places of the capital: the École Militaire, the Hôtel Matignon, the National Assembly, the Musée d'Orsay, the Hôtel des Invalides.... Finally, don't hesitate to enjoy a nice walk on the Champ de Mars to reach the Trocadero while passing by the Eiffel Tower.
