A 10% agency fee of the total amount of the rent within the limit of 1110€ will be requested before the check-in.

The neighborhood

The 2nd arrondissement is ideally located in the heart of Paris and offers a strategic location to discover the City of Light. You will be able to discover the Paris Stock Exchange or the Grand REX, but above all you will be able to reach the Louvre Museum, the Pompidou Centre (the largest museum of modern art in Europe), the Ile de la Cité and the emblematic and trendy Marais district in less than 20 minutes on foot. The district is above all a place of life with the Passage Choiseul at the foot of the flat, the Opera neighbourhood with its numerous restaurants, and the Grands Boulevards.
