The neighborhood

A wide range of shops (mini-market, bakery, organic shop, pharmacy, fast food outlets, etc.) are within walking distance. Feel free to grab a bite to eat at Trattoria del Sud Da Vincenzo, around 20 minutes' walk away. Parc Borély and its medieval castle and museum are less than 10 minutes' walk away, as are the Marseille Borély racecourse and golf course. For a breath of sea air, head for the Prado beaches and their seafront restaurants. There are several bus routes within easy reach. If you want to explore the city, the Vieux Port is less than 35 minutes away by public transport. Visit the Notre-Dame de la Garde basilica or the Saint-Victor abbey, the Panier district and the Mucéum.

Guest access

On arrival, you will be greeted by a Welkeys concierge who will be responsible for handing over the keys.

You will be asked to pay a 10% administration fee, up to a maximum of €650, before you move in. Cleaning costs of €94.53 and the inspection of the premises of €195 are included in this amount.
