The space

On the 1st floor without elevator, this 19m² apartment comprises :
- a living area with a sofa bed (150cm) and dining area,
- a fully-equipped open kitchen (coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, hob, fridge),
- a working desk area,
- bathroom with shower and WC,
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hair dryer, iron, hangers,
- Wi-F and TV.

Explore the friendly neighborhood of Paris' 15th arrondissement, thanks to this studio's location. Discover the Rue du Commerce, full of charming little stores, perfect for relaxed strolls and interesting finds. Just a stone's throw away, enjoy the delights of a local boulangerie, ideal for early-morning treats. With three metro stations nearby, including Cambronne and La Motte-Piquet Grenelle, you can get around the city with ease.
