The space

This bright apartment, located in a characteristic building in the 7th arrondissement, offers a welcoming setting for your stay in Paris. With windows overlooking the street and another overlooking the courtyard, it benefits from excellent natural light, which enhances its well-kept interior.

Located on the second floor without elevator, this apartment includes :
- An open-plan living area including a lounge for relaxing, a dining room for your meals and a fully equipped kitchen (coffee maker, kettle, microwave, hob, dishwasher and fridge),

The apartment is simple and unpretentious, but it has everything you need for a pleasant stay and is very well located to take full advantage of Parisian life.

Guest access

On arrival, you will be greeted by a Welkeys concierge who will be responsible for handing over the keys.

A management fee of 780€ will be charged. This fee includes the inventory of fixtures on arrival and departure, as well as cleaning costs.
