The space

This comfortable, recently renovated apartment is located on the second floor (no elevator) of a charming building in Boulogne-Billancourt. With its optimized layout, it offers a pleasant and functional living space for one or two people.

With its 28m², the apartment includes :

• a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm),
• a living room with sofa and dining area, ideal for relaxing or working,
• an open kitchen equipped with everything you need (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, fridge, freezer),
• a bathroom with shower,
• separate toilet,
• vacuum cleaner, washing machine, tumble dryer, hair dryer, iron, clothes hangers,
• TV, satellite or cable, stereo system and Wi-Fi. Cots can be rent on request, subject to availability.

The neighborhood

Boulogne-Billancourt is a dynamic commune on the outskirts of Paris, known for its green spaces and cultural facilities. The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the Jean Jaurès metro station, providing easy access to the center of Paris. Boulevard Jean Jaurès, the city's main shopping street, is also nearby. The Paul Belmondo Museum and Jardin Albert Kahn are close by for cultural and leisure activities. For your meals, the Italian restaurant Atavola awaits you right next door, and the view over Place Denfert-Rochereau, with a glimpse of the Eiffel Tower, will make your stay even more special.

A management fee of 420€ will be charged. This fee includes the inventory of fixtures on arrival and departure, as well as cleaning costs.
