The space

Boasting a 6m² balcony and a view of a tree-lined inner courtyard, this studio provides a peaceful and pleasant living environment in the heart of the Capital. Located on the 2nd floor with elevator, this 30m² apartment comprises :

• a living room with a double sofa bed and a workspace,
• an open-plan kitchen (coffee machine, kettle, microwave oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge) with dining area,
• bathroom with shower and WC,
• vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hairdryer, iron, clothes hangers,
• TV and Wifi. Cots can be rent on request, subject to availability.

The apartment is just a few steps from the bustling Villiers and Batignolles districts, known for their many shops, markets, restaurants, cafés and bars. You'll also be within easy reach of the Villiers (lines 2 and 3) and Pont Cardinet (line 14) metro stations, providing rapid access to the whole city. The Saint Lazare train station is just a 16-minute walk away. Explore gourmet addresses such as Popu for Italian pizza, Comme chez Maman for traditional French cuisine, or Plaka and Arnaud Nicolas for more exotic flavors. A management fee of 390€ will be charged. This fee includes the inventory of fixtures on arrival and departure, as well as cleaning costs.
