The space

Located just a few steps from the Place de la Comédie and the train station, this apartment can accommodate up to 5 people (or 6 with a child). It comprises :

• a large 30 m² terrace with relaxation area and barbecue,
• a large open-plan living area including a lounge and dining room,
• a fully-equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, blender, kettle, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer),
• a master bedroom with queen-size bed (160 cm) and en-suite bathroom with shower,
• a second bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm),
• a third bedroom with a single bed,
• an additional bathroom with shower,
• separate WC,
• vacuum cleaner, washing machine, iron,
• TV, satellite or cable, DVD player, stereo system, Wifi,
• air conditioning,
• garage (closed box in basement).

A seat for a child is also available.

The neighborhood

In the heart of Montpellier, the apartment is strategically located for exploring the city. Just a few minutes' walk away, you can reach the Place de la Comédie, a must-see meeting place. The Saint-Roch train station is also nearby, providing easy access to public transport.
For food lovers, the area is packed with restaurants such as Leclere and Les t'OCques, where you can enjoy French and European dishes. Public transport is within a 5-minute walk.

Guest access

On arrival, you will be greeted by a Welkeys concierge who will be responsible for handing over the keys.

A management fee of 1000€ will be charged. This fee includes the inventory of fixtures on arrival and departure, as well as cleaning costs.
