The space

Discover this elegant and comfortable studio located on the 1st floor with elevator, in a secure and quiet residence, overlooking a tree-lined inner square.

With a surface area of 35 m², this rental comprises :

• an open-plan living room with a large sofa and dining area,
• a sleeping area separated by a glass roof with a queen-size bed (160 cm),
• fully-equipped kitchen (coffee machine, kettle, oven, microwave, hob, fridge, freezer),
• bathroom with shower and WC,
• vacuum cleaner, washing machine, tumble dryer, hair dryer, iron, clothes hangers,
• TV, satellite or cable, Wifi,
• fan, central heating. Cots can be rent on request, subject to availability.

The neighborhood

The Marais is one of Paris' most vibrant and historic districts, offering a unique blend of culture, history and modernity. Just a short stroll away, you'll find such gems as the Musée Picasso, Place des Vosges and the Marché des Enfants Rouges. For shoppers, many elegant boutiques are nearby, as are renowned restaurants such as Ce-realiste and Page 35. Rue de Bretagne and the Musée Cognacq-Jay are also must-sees.

On arrival, you will be greeted by a Welkeys concierge who will be responsible for handing over the keys.

A management fee of 455€ will be charged. This fee includes the inventory of fixtures on arrival and departure, as well as cleaning costs.
