The space

Discover this comfortable apartment in the 9th arrondissement of Paris, a stone's throw from Montmartre, Sacré-Cœur and the Moulin Rouge. This bright 42 m² apartment, on the 3rd floor without elevator, can accommodate up to 4 people.

With an unobstructed view of the street, this rental comprises :

• a living room with a double sofa bed (180 cm) and a dining area,
• a fully-equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, blender, kettle, oven, microwave, hob, fridge, freezer),
• bedroom with 2 single beds,
• bathroom with bath/shower,
• separate WC,
• vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hair dryer, iron, fan, clothes hangers,
• TV, Wifi. Cots can be rent on request, subject to availability.

The neighborhood

Paris's 9th arrondissement is a dynamic neighborhood full of charm. You'll be close to the famous Sacré-Coeur basilica, the Moulin Rouge, and Montmartre. You'll also be able to take advantage of the many bars, restaurants and stores in the area. Recommended addresses include Le Potager du Père Thierry, a restaurant renowned for its authentic cuisine, or Brasserie Bellanger, with its excellent reputation.
The area is well served by public transport, making it easy to get around Paris and the surrounding area.

On arrival, you will be greeted by a Welkeys concierge who will be responsible for handing over the keys.

A management fee of 585€ will be charged. This fee includes the inventory of fixtures on arrival and departure, as well as cleaning costs.
