The space

This bright property welcomes you for a stay combining charm and comfort. Located on the 5th floor with elevator, this 33 m² apartment offers :

• a pleasant living space with a lounge and dining area,
• a fully-equipped open kitchen: coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge,
• a comfortable bedroom with queen-size bed (160 cm),
• modern bathroom with shower,
• separate toilet,
• vacuum cleaner, washing machine, tumble dryer, hair dryer, iron, clothes hangers,
• baby bed and bath,
• TV, satellite or cable, Wi-Fi and books.

An administration fee of €495 will be charged. This fee includes the inventory of fixtures on arrival and departure, as well as cleaning costs.
