• a fully-equipped open kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer),
• bedroom with queen-size bed (160 cm),
• bathroom with shower,
• separate WC,
• vacuum cleaner, washing machine, tumble dryer, hair dryer, iron, fan,
• TV, Wifi and books.

A management fee of 676€ will be charged. This fee includes the inventory of fixtures on arrival and departure, as well as cleaning costs.
