The space

Enjoy the charm of this quiet 48 m² apartment, located on the 5th floor with elevator, and designed to accommodate up to 2 people.

With a functional layout, this rental comprises :

• separate, fully-equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer),
• bedroom with double bed (140 cm) and desk area,
• bathroom with bath/shower,
• vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hair dryer, iron, clothes hangers,
• fan,
• TV, satellite or cable, wifi.

A management fee of 720€ will be charged. This fee includes the inventory of fixtures on arrival and departure, as well as cleaning costs.
