The space

Discover this bright 85 m² apartment, nestled on the 5th floor (no elevator) of a typical Marseille building. With an exceptional view of the Bonne Mère, this apartment welcomes you in a charming and well-located setting.

It comprises :

• a large, welcoming living room,
• a fully-equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer),
• a balcony with a small table for relaxing,
• a spacious bedroom with a king-size bed (180 cm),
• a second bedroom with two single beds (which can be combined to form a double bed),
• bathroom with bathtub,
• a second bathroom with shower and WC,
• baby bed,
• vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hair dryer,
• air conditioning.

A management fee of 1105€ will be charged. This fee includes the inventory of fixtures on arrival and departure, as well as cleaning costs.

The neighborhood

The Réformés district, at the top of the Canebière, is ideally located. You'll be close to a host of delightful shops and restaurants, including Marseille institution Chez Noël, Cantinetta for a taste of Italy, and Moga for a Lebanese experience. La Boîte à Sardine is also a must for seafood lovers. Take advantage of its proximity to Marseille's major tourist attractions and the lively local scene that makes this a lively and convenient neighborhood.
