With an optimised surface area, this rental comprises :

• a bright, comfortable living room with a sofa, a breakfast area and an office area,
• a modern, fully-equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, fridge, freezer),
• a bedroom with a 140 × 200 cm double bed,
• a spacious bathroom with shower and WC,
• hoover, washing machine, hairdryer, iron, carbon monoxide detector, smoke detector, clothes hangers,
• TV, satellite or cable, wifi, fan, mosquito net, games for all ages, books.

You will be charged a €520 management fee. This fee includes the check-in and check-out as well as cleaning costs.
