The space

Located on the ground floor of a small condominium, this 35 m² apartment boasts a tasteful interior design blending contemporary and vintage. With its own entrance, it features :

• a welcoming living area with lounge,
• a large separate kitchen with dining table, fully equipped (coffee machine, toaster, mixer, kettle, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer),
• a green courtyard with a seating area,
• a quiet bedroom with a double bed (140 cm),
• bathroom with shower and WC,
• vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hair dryer, iron, clothes hangers,
• TV, satellite or cable, wifi.

A management fee of 525€ will be charged. This fee includes the inventory of fixtures on arrival and departure, as well as cleaning costs.

The neighborhood

This apartment is located on a quiet street in the heart of Boulogne-Billancourt, close to the town hall, media library, 1930s museum and central post office. The neighborhood offers a variety of facilities, including a swimming pool, an ice rink, a seven-screen cinema and a twice-weekly market. At the end of the street, Avenue Jean-Jaurès offers all the shops you need, and the new Passages shopping center can be reached in 4 minutes, with 59 stores and restaurants, including Monoprix and Fnac.
The street is perfect for strolling, with access to the green corridor leading to the Seine and a sports field. A 15-minute walk takes you to Ile Seguin, with its new Scène Musicale concert hall, and Billancourt park in the Trapèze district. Parc de Saint-Cloud and Manufacture de Sèvres are also less than 25 minutes' walk away, as are Parc des Princes and Roland Garros stadium. In addition, Les Galopins and the Cusuaka café are just 2 minutes away, as is an excellent organic bakery.
